Day 1

Just finished day one-level one. That's way more of a cardio workout than I expected, especially in twenty minutes. I was huffing and puffing my way through the entire twenty minutes. I let my husband talk me into five pound hand weights instead of the three pounders that I was wanting to get. I was regretting that midway. But now that it's over, I am really glad that I took the plunge and went ahead with them.

I'll report back tomorrow with how sore I am. I think I'll be okay, but I could just be kidding myself.

I am also planning to go hard core with eating right for the next thirty days. We are doing our own version of The Biggest Looser at work, Monday is our second weigh in, the third and last is April 15th. As of last month, I was winning, barely, and I want to keep it up. Any ideas for healthy lunch ideas?
